The AG Club is on a mission to change this.
Our Method is based on the psychology and neuroscience of goal setting and focuses on the key ingredient of accountability to achieve your goals. We create communities of like-minded women who act as your cheerleaders and challengers - allowing you to achieve your ambitious goals with confidence and purpose.
In this community we ensure that reaching your goals is not just a dream but an inevitable outcome.
Our Story
Holly Pound and Victoria Rogers are the friend duo behind “The AG Club“. They have applied the psychology and neuroscience principles of goal setting to pursue their own dreams - from living abroad, travelling the world, finding purposeful careers and focusing on holistic happiness along the way.
They are now on a mission to share their accountability model with more women to help them achieve goals they never thought possible.
Holly works as Marketing Lead for a Sustainable Fashion Marketplace and is based in New York. Victoria has just spent the last 12 months travelling the world and is now based in London working as a Chief of Staff at the one of the UK‘s largest retailers.
How it works
IN PERSON MEET UP
You’ll meet your Accountability Group of 8-10 women at your in-person meet up
(either New York or London) for an immersive master class dinner in goal setting with Holly & Vic
MONTHLY VIRTUAL ACCOUNTABILITY SESSIONS
You’ll reconnect with your group over 5 monthly sessions, to review and reflect on your progress against your goals.
We’ll be your challengers and cheerleaders to help you stay on track
CELEBRATION DINNER
You’ll meet with your group to celebrate and recognise the milestones you’ve achieved in the last 6 months.
